Water balloons have gotten really technical! I remember when you just bought a pack of regular balloons and filled them with water! Looks like she had fun!
Water balloons rock! I would buy some for the boys but I do not want to walk around the yard picking up the balloon pieces.
Make them pick them up. Duh!
